SHIPPING POLICIES – INTRA CANADA SHIPMENTS


Standard Ground: We offer Purolator Ground shipping out of our Mississauga or Port Coquitlam warehouses. All orders will ship complete. Purolator requires a street address even if shipping to a PO Box. Make sure to include the physical street address in addition to the PO Box. Orders with just a PO Box address will be delayed in processing until a complete address is provided, which can delay transit times. See below for average shipping times. Please call or email us if you need an exact shipping time estimate.

Average Shipping Times for Standard Ground Shipping:

  • Ontario/GTA and British Columbia: next business day
  • Manitoba, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Alberta: 2-3 business days
  • Yukon, NW Territories, Nunavut, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, New Foundland & Labrador, and Prince Edward Island: 3-4 business days

Air freight: YES! We offer Purolator Express as a shipping option. To find out the cost, put the item in your shopping cart and select the air freight option from the drop-down menu. If you don’t see the air freight option for some items, please contact us by phone or email and we will get you the shipping charges. To get your order shipped on the same day, you need to place it before 3PM eastern. Otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day. Typically, air freight shipments have a 1-2 day transit time depending on the shipping address.

LTL Shipments: For shipments that require delivery via truck you will get an LTL Freight rate instead of Ground or Air. These will be shipped out via Purolator Freight typically.

Customer Pick Up: If your order is over 75 pounds, you may pick up your order in either Mississauga or Port Coquitlam. Available to only residents of Ontario or British Columbia. When you get to the shipping page during checkout, if your order is eligible for pickup, there will be an option to select customer pickup. There is no additional charge for this service. Once a pickup order is placed you will receive an email from Intella with the pickup instructions. Pickup orders must be claimed within 3 business days upon receiving the instructions, otherwise an additional fee may apply.

Special Order Items: If you decide to purchase a special-order item, please note that selecting next day or second day air will not make it arrive any faster. It will just determine the shipping method once the order arrives ready to ship out. Items which are marked special order will have a lead time associated with them and are not cancelable once ordered. To get an exact lead time please call, text, or chat online to find out.
